Solder, Copper Patina, and Black Patina will naturally dull and oxidize over time (copper, in particular, may age to a dark bronze finish). Each finished piece is sealed with a wax coating to slow the oxidization.
You can let your pieces age naturally, or you can apply a light coating of any carnauba wax, let it dry to a haze and buff off the wax. You can also clean your silver and black pieces with Pledge. Refrain from cleaning with anything abrasive, as you risk ruining the metal finish.
I recommend you hang your pieces from secured and stable hooks. I do not recomment suction cups - use at your own risk.
**Stained glass solder contains lead. While it is not harmful to handle unless inhaled or ingested, it is recommended to wash your hands after handling, and to keep out of reach of children.**
